Von Roll: Sale of Parco Industriale e Immobiliare SA, Giornico.

Von Roll has sold its 94.28% holding in Parco Industriale e Immobiliare SA, Giornico based in Giornico to the entrepreneur Daniel Waldvogel. The transfer takes effect retroactively as per January 1, 2004. The sold company owns the property of the former Monteforno steelworks site. According to a media release by the government of the Canton of Ticino dated July 14, 2004, it is planned to build there a heavy traffic control center.
On August 27, 2004, Parco Industriale e Immobiliare SA, Giornico will held an extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting where Messrs. Daniel Waldvogel, Appenzell, Marco Foletti, Breganzona, and Franz Sterkmann, Landschlacht, will be elected as new members of the Board of Directors.
