Personnel Change at Group Management Level

As of April 27, 2009, Dr. Jürgen Bremer, who had been responsible for the personnel and legal fields, will resign from the Group Management of Von Roll Holding AG.
Dr. Bremer will be taking up new professional challenges. In the future, the personnel and legal fields will report directly to Thomas Limberger, CEO and President of the Board of Directors. “I regret Jürgen Bremer’s resigning, but I would like to thank him very much for his work at the company and wish him all the best in his new duties,” said Thomas Limberger, CEO and President of the Board of Directors of Von Roll Holding AG.
