Disclosure notification in accordance with the Swiss Stock Exchange Act
In accordance with Art. 20 of the Swiss Stock Exchange Act, Von Roll Holding AG, CH-4563 Gerlafingen, has received the following notification:
As at 19 January 2008, the shareholder group consisting of the members August von Finck, Munich (Germany), Francine von Finck, Munich (Germany), August François von Finck, Pfäffikon (Switzerland), Maximilian von Finck, Bäch (Switzerland) and Maria Theresia von Finck, Munich (Germany) holds 105,764,412 bearer shares of Von Roll Holding AG and, consequently, 57.24% of the voting rights. Of these, 24,911,364 bearer shares (13.48%) originate from the "intermediate result of the public tender offer”; ownership of these shares will pass to the "von Finck shareholder group” step by step with the delivery of the shares against payment on 12 February 2008.
